Prvi iPod u svemiru ! ...da je iPod bio i radio u svemiru, u vlasnishtvu Anousheh Ansari a pri njenoj turistichkoj poseti medjunarodnoj stanici, znamo zahvaljujuci njenom blogu, na kome izmedju mnogo chega ostalog pishe: "...I was taking a mental picture of how we must look in our sleeping bags and it reminded me of Bats who sleep hanging upside-down from their cave ceiling. Well here we were in our tiny cave, floating about the Earth and heading to ISS. I decided to be on the safe side and took another motion sickness pill before going to sleep. These pills actually make you sleepy so I figured it would help me go to sleep faster. I was able to locate my iPod in my bag and I was a happy camper… I put on my headphones and went to sleep in my Bat sack ;-) I did not know how I would react to sleeping while floating. You are not in touch with any surface and I figured it would be kind of strange, but I loved it. It made me feel very calm, like I was floating on the surface of a lake..." Ceo blog je ovde, a svaka joj chast shto je podelila sa nama i fotke iz svemira na flickr-u...nick joj ne ni manje vishe no Space Explorer Josh uvek ne znamo shta je slushala dodushe, ali Deep Dish su joj posvetili singl koji moze da se skine sa njenog bloga. Da sam ja u svemiru ovih dana, prvo shto bih pustio je Dub Taylor (ne Force Inc. vec izvesni elektronichar iz '70ih, chiji je album Keith Fullerton Whitman u svojoj mimaroglumusicsales prodavnici okarakterisao kao "zonked". U pitanju je Lumiere For Synthesized & Concrete Sound iz '73. Glasovi, analogni sintisajzeri, buka i u jednom trenutku specijalni gost distorzirani umiruci HAL. To je poslednje za pred spavanje, a za samo spavanje, uklopio bi se novi Johan Johannsson ni manje ni vishe no za 4AD i njegov IBM 1401, A User's Manual, album simfonijskih orkestracija i voiceovera spikera koji chita uputstvo za korishcenje ovog superkompjutera iz '69, uz savrshenu vocoder uspavanku za kraj. Sad josh samo da nadjem 20 miliona $ nekako... |
